Client Challenge
A new owner had recently acquired this luxury eyewear boutique and optometry practice, and was struggling through a difficult transition — regaining access to digital channels, domains, and social accounts from the previous owner. Their existing agency was charging a premium for a cookie-cutter WordPress site with no lead capture, review integration, or content management capabilities. Back-office systems were equally fragmented — webhost email, a single Office subscription, and no internal communication tools.
Approach
Rebuilt the website in Framer with a CMS for self-managed content. Recovered control of all domains, registrar accounts, social media, and business profiles. Consolidated internal operations onto Google Workspace for unified email, communications, and productivity.
